摘 要:目的对灵芝习用品进行生药学鉴别。方法系统地观察8份灵芝习用品的性状,包括质地、形状、大小、颜色、断面、气味等以及其显微特征,包括皮壳、菌肉、菌管、孢子特征。采用薄层色谱对其化学成分进行初步分析。结果 8份习用品均鉴定为灵芝科灵芝属真菌Ganoderma sp.,外形有一定差异,又具有共同特征。共同特征包括无菌柄,皮壳硬,皮壳菌丝构造呈纵向交织纹理,含多种三萜类成分。薄层色谱显示8份样品的化学成分一致,提示其生物亲缘关系密切。结论所用方法为灵芝习用品的鉴别和开发利用提供了实验依据。OBJECTIVE To identify relative byproducts of Ganoderma.METHODS Traits of eight samples were observed systematically, including texture, shape, size, color, cross sections and smell. Microscopic characteristics were also observed, including crust, subiculum, tubule, and sporidium.Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was performed to analyze the samples.RESULTS Eight samples were all identified as fungus form Ganoderma genus, whose Latin name is Ganoderma sp..There were some differences in appearance, but they shared common characteristics such as sessile, hard crust, and the structure types of hyphae composing the crust with longitudinal interleaving derm, and also contained multiple triterpenes.The TLC indicated that the chemical constituents of eight samples were basically the same.Thus, these suggested that the samples had highly intimate biological relationship.CONCLUSION The method provides the basis for identification of relative byroducts of Ganoderma and application of these resources.
