摘　　要：近年来电子行业快速发展,挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)排放量日益增加,严重危害人类健康和环境。采用“蜂窝沸石浓缩吸附+催化燃烧”工艺对某电子企业涂装、印刷VOCs进行净化处理。车间废气为中低浓度、大风量的排放特征。整改前车间VOCs有组织排放量7.549 t/a,无组织排放量5.959 t/a;整改后VOCs有组织排放量3.485 t/a,无组织排放量3.276 t/a。车间总计减排量6.747 t/a,减排率达49.95%。整改后,该企业无组织排放问题得到缓解,车间异味明显去除,VOCs排放量显著降低。In recent years,with the rapid development of the electronics industry,the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is increasing,which seriously endangers human health and the environment.This paper adopts the process of"honeycomb zeolite concentration adsorption+catalytic combustion"to purify the coating and printing VOCs in an electronics industry.The exhaust gas of workshop is characterized by medium and low concentration and large air volume.Before the rectification,the organized VOCs emissions in the workshop were 7.549 t/a,and the unorganized emissions were 5.959 t/a;After rectification,the organized VOCs emissions is 3.485 t/a,the unorganized VOCs emissions is 3.276 t/a.The total emission reduction of the workshop is 6.747 t/a,and the emission reduction rate reaches 49.95%.After rectification,the problem of unorganized emissions of the enterprise is alleviated,the workshop odor is significantly removed,and VOCs emissions is significantly reduced.
