摘  要:黄铜-钢异种金属组合构件具有良好的应用前景,尤其是在航空航天、船舶、汽车制造业等领域。由于铜与钢的熔沸点、导热率、线弹性系数等差异较大,因此,黄铜-钢异种金属连接还有较多问题。采用纳秒脉冲激光对黄铜-钢进行激光熔覆焊接,并将试验结果与传统焊接工艺进行数据对比。结果表明:激光熔覆技术下产品的效率为传统工艺的5倍,焊缝处的力学性能也好于传统工艺。Brass and steel dissimilar metal composite components have good application prospects,especially in the fields of aerospace,shipbuilding,and automobile manufacturing.Due to the large differences in the melting point,thermal conductivity,linear elastic coefficient,etc.of copper and steel,there are many problems in the connection of brass and steel dissimilar metals.In this paper,a nanosecond pulsed laser is used for laser cladding welding of brass and steel,and the test results are compared with the data of the traditional welding process.The results show that the efficiency of the product under the laser cladding technology is 5 times that of the traditional process,and the mechanical properties of the weld are also better than that of the traditional process.
