摘 要:以开展某型飞机螺旋桨气动力和气动噪声研究为目的,结合5.5 m×4 m航空声学风洞实际,设计了一套动力模拟试验系统。该系统以300 kW高功率密度永磁电动机为核心,通过配套相应的电源、驱动、控制、支撑等,实现了大尺度螺旋桨的动力模拟,并开展了相关试验验证。结果表明:该系统额定转速和转矩分别高达5000 r/min和573 N·m、转速控制精度优于±0.5 r/min,且具有较低的自身噪声级和良好的电磁兼容性能,拉力系数试验重复性精度优于0.0007等。该系统的建立能有效地满足大尺度飞机螺旋桨相关风洞试验研究的动力模拟需求,进一步拓展了国内低速空气动力学试验模拟能力。In order to study the aerodynamic and aeroacoustic properties of a certain type of aircraft propeller,a set of power simulation test system was designed in 5.5 m×4 m aeroacous-tic wind tunnel.Taking the 300 kW high power density permanent magnet motor as the core,the system realized the power simulation of large-scale propeller by matching the corresponding pow-er supply,drive,control,support and so on.Meanwhile the test verification was carried out.The results showed that the speed and torque of the equipment were as high as 5000 r/m and 573 N·m respectively,and the speed control accuracy was better than±0.5 r/min.And also it had low noise level and good electromagnetic compatibility,and the test repeatability accuracy was better than 0.0007.The establishment of the system can effectively meet the requirements of the large-scale propeller power simulation and further expand the low-speed aerodynamic test simula-tion capabilities.
