摘  要:将指标互补性和均衡性相联系,可明确评价方法的指标互补性特征,有利于评价者选择合适的评价方法。文章在改进指标互补性分析方法的基础上,梳理了指标互补性和均衡性之间的关系,分析了4种评价方法的指标互补性。研究结果显示:在评价对象远离均衡态时,调和平均法、几何平均法和VIKOR为欠额互补,TOPSIS同时出现了欠额互补和超额互补;评价方法的指标互补性对评价对象的排序结果存在影响,与线性加权汇总法相比,TOPSIS对排序结果的影响不大,其余三种评价方法对排序结果的影响较大;调和平均法、几何平均法和VIKOR对指标非均衡态的惩罚机制和惩罚力度不同,导致指标欠额互补程度不同,评价对象的排序结果不同。The correlation between the complementarity and equilibrium of indexes can clarify the index complementarity characteristics of evaluation methods,which is beneficial for evaluators to choose appropriate evaluation methods.This paper is on the basis of improving the analysis methods for index complementarity to sort out the relationship between index complementarity and balance,and then analyzes the index complementarity of four evaluation methods.The research findings are shown as follows:When the evaluation object is far from equilibrium,harmonic average method,geometric average method and VIKOR are of deficiency complement,while TOPSIS simultaneously presents under-complement and over-complement.The index complementarity of the evaluation methods has an impact on the ranking results of the evaluation objects;compared with the linear weighted summary method,TOPSIS has little impact on the ranking results,while the other three evaluation methods have a great impact on the ranking results.Harmonic average method,geometric average method and VIKOR have different punishment mechanism and punishment intensity for index disequilibrium,resulting in different complementary degree of index underbalance and different ranking results of evaluation objects.
