摘 要:制冷系统现场安装的吸气管道敷设不当容易产生存液弯,不利于系统的安全稳定运行。结合工程经验和相关标准,本文总结了制冷系统管道安装应注意的问题。通过2个典型案例,介绍了由于吸气管道敷设不当引起的储罐罐液位下降和压缩机液击而引起制冷系统故障。通过分析和排查发现事故的原因并进行改造,使两个制冷系统正常运行。Improper laying of the suction pipe installed on the refrigeration system is prone to liquid traps, which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the system. Combined with engineering experience and related standards, the problems that should be paid attention to in the installation of refrigeration system pipes are summarized in this article. Through two typical cases, the failure of the refrigeration system caused by the liquid level drop of the liquid tank and the liquid slugging of the compressor caused by the improper laying of the suction pipe is introduced. Through analysis and investigation, the causes of the accident are discovered and reformed to make the two refrigeration systems operate normally.
