医院住院患儿主要照顾者关怀护理服务需求现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解住院患儿主要照顾者护理服务需求及满意度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2019年10月—2020年9月入住某三级甲等医院儿科的310名患儿主要照顾者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表和患儿主要照顾者护理服务需求及满意度量表进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果310名住院患儿主要照顾者的护理服务需求量表得分为(94.58±13.55)分,条目均分为(4.11±0.59)分;护理服务满意度量表得分为(96.19±14.24)分,条目均分为(4.18±0.61)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,患儿年龄、主要照顾者学历和有无患病儿童照顾经验是护理服务需求度的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释46.0%的总变异;主要照顾者性别、对疾病发展预后的了解情况和有无患病儿童照顾经验是护理服务满意度的影响因素(P<0.01),共解释42.1%的总变异。结论住院患儿主要照顾者的护理服务需求程度与满意度处于中等偏上水平,建议临床护理工作者从患儿主要照顾者护理服务需求与满意度的影响因素出发,提高儿科护理服务质量。Objective To explore the nursing service demand and satisfaction of the main caregivers of hospitalized children,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From October 2019 to September 2020,convenience sampling was used to select the main caregivers of 310 children who were admitted to the Pediatric Department of a ClassⅢGrade A hospital as the research objects.The general information questionnaire and the Nursing Service Demand and Satisfaction Scale of the main caregivers of the children were used for the survey.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The score of the Nursing Service Demand Scale of 310 main caregivers of hospitalized children was(94.58±13.55),and the items were averagely divided into(4.11±0.59).The score of the Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale of 310 main caregivers of hospitalized children was(96.19±14.24),and the items were averagely divided into(4.18±0.61).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age of the child,the education background of the main caregiver and the experience of caring for the sick child were the influencing factors of the demand for nursing services with a statistical difference(P<0.05),explaining 46.0%of the total variation.The gender of the main caregiver,the understanding of the development and prognosis of the disease,and the experience of caring for the sick child were the influencing factors of nursing service satisfaction,with a statistical difference(P<0.01),explaining 42.1%of the total variation.Conclusions The nursing service demand and satisfaction of the main caregivers of hospitalized children are in the upper middle level.It is suggested that clinical nursing workers should start from the influencing factors of the nursing service demand and satisfaction of the main caregivers of children to improve the quality of pediatric nursing service.
