摘　　要：在神经外科手术中,术前的体表定位划线非常重要,关系到手术切口的设计,术中病变的定位、病变范围的确定等。由于很多基层医院缺少专门的颅脑定位T具或者手术医师经验不足,确实在颅脑手术中出现过体表手术切口与颅内病变位置存在偏差的情况.势必会影响到手术的效果,甚至关系到手术的成败。目前医师一般都是凭经验目测徒手划线.有时将皮尺或直尺作为颅脑手术定位划线尺划线使用.这种代用的颅脑手术定位划线尺容易造成所划线段歪斜、位置不精确、误差较大、将会影响手术效果。应用此新型颅脑手术划线器,能避免因头颅不规则而造成的划线偏差以及因手术经验不足而造成的定位不准.为神经外科医师精准定位颅内病变提供了保障.The preoperaive positining of lineation on the booly surface is very imporant in neurologircal surgery since it is related to the design of the incision,intra-operative loealization of lesions,determination of the srope of the lesions,ete.Due to the lack of specialized craniocerebral location tools or experienced surgeons in many basie hospitals,really the deviations have occurred brtween the position of surface incision and that of intacranial lesions in craniocerebral surgery.and it is bound to afe the surpgical ffet and even the related success or failure of the operation.Nowadays.dortors are visually freehand marking by experience.Sometimes.a tape or ruler is used as a marking nuler for the location of cranicerebral surgery.Such a substitute marking nuler for the loeation of craniocerebral surgery is likely to cause the sertion of the marking to be skewed,resulting in inaccurate position and large error.which will affect the operation efee.The application of this new type of cranial operation seribing device can avoid the deviation of scribing caused by iregular skull or surgeons'inexperience,and then avoid inaccurate loeation and surgical great error.Thus.the new surgical scriber provides a guarantee for neurologists to accurately locate intracranial lesions.
