摘 要:本文以加氢站储运管道典型的绝热双层管内管道对接焊缝为研究对象,按照NB/T47013.2射线检测缺陷质量评定的规定,设计加工了含人工焊接缺陷的试验试样.利用同一射线源分别用胶片照相检测系统和数字成像检测系统,对试验试样分别进行胶片照相和数字成像进行检测,对结果进行比对分析,实验结果表明:射线数字成像技术应用于绝热管道检测具有可行性.In this paper,the butt weld of typical insulated double-layer pipeline in storage and transportation pipeline of hydrogen refueling station is taken as the research object,the test samples with artificial welding defects are designed and processed,according to B/T47013.2.Using the same ray source,the test samples were detected by film photography and digital imaging with film photography detection system and digital imaging detection system respectively,and the results were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that it is feasible to apply X-ray digital imaging technology to the inspection of insulated pipelines.
