摘 要:油气管道定期开展清管、智能内检测,是保障管道安全运行的常规措施.基于我国内检测作业现状和工程经验,梳理了内检测作业可行性分析的内容,详细阐述和深入分析了管道概况、收发球装置、管道附件、工艺参数四个方面的众多风险因素,为分析风险产生的原因和制定针对性的防控措施提供理论依据,从而确保管道内检测作业的成功实施.Regular pigging and intelligent internal inspection of oil and gas pipelines are conventional measures to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.Based on current situation and engineering experience of domestic in-line inspection operations,the content of the feasibility analysis of internal inspection operations was sorted out,and many risk factors in the four aspects of pipeline overview,receiving and dispatching devices,pipeline accessories,and process parameters were analyzed in detail and analyzed.The reasons for the risks and the formulation of targeted prevention and control measures provide a theoretical basis to ensure the successful implementation of in-line inspection operations in the pipeline.
