摘　　要：摩天轮是最受广大游客欢迎的大型游乐设施项目之一,同时也作为许多地区的地标性建筑,使用单位在运营过程中因其运动平稳、运行速度较慢而对运营安全往往有所忽视.本文通过对摩天轮设备本体附加灯饰的附加载荷和线路老化短路引发的着火,设备拆检回装后未对吊舱防摆动装置进行调整调试以及驱动环拉筋螺栓疲劳断裂导致的高空坠物三种安全隐患的介绍来阐述摩天轮在运营过程中普遍存在且容易忽视的安全隐患,并提出改进措施.Ferris wheel is one of the most popular large amusement facilities for tourists,and as a landmark in many areas,users often neglect the operation safety because of its smooth movement and slower moving speed.Through the introduction of three kinds of hidden dangers,such as additional load of additional lamp decoration on Ferris wheel equipment and fire caused by aging short circuit of lines,the cockpit anti swing device isn't adjusted and debugged after equipment disassembly,inspection and reassembly,and falling objects caused by fatigue fracture of drive ring shrouding wire bolt,this paper illustrates the widespread and easily ignored safety hidden danger of ferris wheel in the operation process,and put forward the recommended measures,in order to provide reference for daily maintenance of users,safety pcrfomiance optimization of manufacturer's products and site inspection of inspectors.
