摘　　要：根据国家战略布局,重点研究了能源、交通、建筑等经济支柱产业的碳生产、碳排放特点,对比分析了现有国内外"碳中和"措施特点,综合提出了能够同时满足经济发展需要和生态环境治理要求的具有现实意义的产业"碳中和"规划方案,对国家绿色可持续经济发展结构演化提出了大胆的展望,为其他行业、产业"碳中和"研究提供了一定的理论参考。According to the national strategic layout,the characteristics of carbon production and carbon emission were compared and analyzed at home and abroad."carbon neutral"planning scheme with practical significance were put forward to meet the needs of economic development and ecological environment governance at the same time.A bold prospect for the structural evolution of national green sustainable economic development was put forward,which could provide theoretical reference for the"carbon neutral"research of other industries.
