摘 要:炼化一体化工厂以石油炼制和化工生产为主,工艺介质及现场防爆环境特点是温度压力高、易燃易爆。物料在石油化工厂传输、储存、反应、加工生产的过程中易发生火灾且危险性很大,因此对工厂火灾监测的安全性要求也很高。介绍了炼化一体化工厂火灾自动报警系统的建设实施策略,论述了全厂火灾自动报警系统的整体规划设计方案、系统组网架构、自动化功能及组成,提出了全厂配置统一的新要求。通过炼化一体化工厂的火灾自动报警系统的整体设计规划及应用,保障了石油化工企业的安全平稳生产,而火灾自动报警系统作为独立运行的中枢系统也起到了关键性的作用。The refining and chemical integration plant is mainly based on petroleum refining and chemical production.The process medium and the on-site explosion-proof environment are characterized by high temperature and pressure,inflammable and explosive.In the process of material transmission,storage,reaction,processing and production in petrochemical plants,fire is easy to occur in the unit and the danger is very high,so the safety requirements for fire monitoring in factories are also very high.In this paper,the construction and implementation strategy of automatic fire alarm system in refining and chemical integrated plant were introduced,the overall planning and design scheme,system network structure,automatic function and composition of automatic fire alarm system in the whole plant were discussed,and the new requirement of uniform configuration in the whole plant was put forward.Through the overall design planning and application of automatic fire alarm system in refinery and chemical integrated plant,the safe and stable production of petrochemical enterprises can be guaranteed,and the automatic fire alarm system,as an independent central system,can also play a key role.
