往复式压缩机的管道布置与防振措施

摘　　要：往复式压缩机及管道系统的平稳运行是保障装置正常生产的前提。针对往复式压缩机及管道的运行特点进行分析,提出了在压缩机进行制造、装配、管道布置时可能出现的管道振动问题,并进行了原因分析,提出了在管道布置中采用孔板、管线规划设计、增设支架等防止管道振动的措施。列举近些年因压缩机振动产生的事故实例,阐述压缩机振动的严重性与危害性。The smooth operation of reciprocating compressor and pipeline system is the premise to ensure the normal production of the unit.According to the analysis of the operation characteristics of reciprocating compressor and pipeline,the possible vibration problem of pipeline in the manufacture,assembly and pipeline arrangement of the compressor were put forward,and the reasons were analyzed,and treatment methods were put forward.In the pipeline layout,the orifice plate,pipeline planning and design,adding support and other measures were used to prevent pipeline vibration.Examples of accidents caused by compressor vibration in recent years were listed to illustrate the seriousness and harmfulness of compressor vibration.
