摘 要:有机杂化阻尼材料是近年来发展的具有高阻尼性能的复合材料,其高阻尼主要来源于添加的受阻酚小分子与极性基体之间的氢键作用,材料除了具有高阻尼性能之外,还兼具高强度,高耐候性等优良工程特性,具有广阔的应用前景。本文从性能影响因素、制备工艺、研究方法等方面讨论了有机杂化阻尼材料的研究现状,并介绍了近年来该种阻尼材料体系的研究实例,分析了有机杂化阻尼材料现有的重要问题,并对该种材料的发展方向做出了一定的展望。Organic hybrid damping material is a kind of composite material with high damping performance developed in recent years. The high damping property mainly comes from the hydrogen bonding between the hindered phenol molecules and the polar matrix, in addition of high damping performance, the material also has excellent engineering properties such as high strength and high environment resistance. In this paper, the research status of organic hybrid damping material is discussed from the aspects of performance influencing factors, preparation process, research methods, etc., and the research examples of this kind of damping material system in recent years are introduced, the existing problems of organic hybrid damping material are analyzed, and makes a certain outlook on the development direction of this material.
