摘 要:目的根据2010—2019年兰州市婚前检查率,探讨兰州市婚前检查率变化趋势对兰州市出生缺陷监测报告检出率的影响。方法对2010—2019年兰州市出生缺陷监测数据进行整理分析,采用线性趋势卡方检验分析兰州市出生缺陷检出率及婚前检查率的时间趋势,Spearman法、一元线性回归分析婚前检查率与出生缺陷检出率的关系。结果近10年兰州市出生缺陷检出率呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)=504.274,P<0.001),从2010年82.61/万上升至2019年的221.61/万,增幅达到了168.26%。婚前检查率与出生缺陷检出率二者呈负相关关系,相关系数为-0.976。一元线性回归模型结果显示,婚前检查率每提高1%,出生缺陷检出率降低1.275/万。结论婚检是优生优育、预防出生缺陷的第一道防线,做好婚检工作对降低出生缺陷具有重要意义。Objective According to the premarital examination rate in Lanzhou city from 2010 to 2019, to explore the influence of the changing trend of premarital examination rate on the detection rate of birth defects surveillance reports.Methods The data of birth defect surveillance in Lanzhou city from 2010 to 2019 were collected and analyzed. The time trend of birth defect detection rate and premarital examination rate were analyzed by linear trend chi-square test, the correlation between of premarital examination rate and birth defects detection rate was analyzed by Spearman method, and the relation between premarital examination rate and birth defects detection rate was analyzed by univariate linear regression. Results In recent 10 years, the trend of birth defects detection rate in Lanzhou city was increasing year by year(χ^(2) =504.274, P < 0.001),from 82.61/10000 in 2010 to 221.61/10000 in 2019, with an increase of 168.26%. The results of correlation analysis showed that the premarital examination rate was negatively correlated with the rate of birth defects detection, and the correlation coefficient was-0.976. The results of univariate linear regression model showed that the rate of birth defects detection decreased 1.275/10000 when the premarital examination rate increased by 1%. Conclusion Premarital examination is the first line of defense for eugenics and prevention of birth defects, and it is of great significance to reduce birth defects.
