6例胎儿尾退化综合征的系统产前超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨系统产前超声诊断胎儿尾退化综合征的价值,提高产前超声诊断水平。方法回顾分析我院自2013年1月至2020年12月系统产前超声诊断6例尾退化综合征胎儿的声像图特征及产后随访结果。结果系统产前超声诊断6例尾退化综合征,4例引产证实,2例足月分娩随访证实,产前超声表现不同程度的腰椎及骶尾椎的缺失,83.3%(5/6)合并有其他系统的畸形,其中4例合并胎儿肾脏发育异常,3例合并肢体发育异常;2例为妊娠合并糖尿病,2例为妊娠合并贫血,1例患儿为21-三体综合征。结论系统产前超声诊断胎儿尾退化综合征具有特征性,且常合并泌尿系统或下肢发育异常,预后较差。妊娠合并糖尿病或贫血及胎儿染色体异常可能是发病的高危因素。Objective To investigate the value of systemic prenatal ultrasound in diagnosing caudal regression syndrome and improve the level of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the fetal ultrasonographic features and postpartum follow-up results of 6 cases of caudal regression syndrome diagnosed by systemic prenatal ultrasound in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2020. Results Systemic prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of 6 cases of caudal regression syndrome, 4 cases of labor induction confirmed, 2 cases of full-term delivery confirmed follow-up, prenatal ultrasound showed different degrees of lumbar and sacrococcygeal loss, 83.3%(5/6) combined with other Systemic malformations,including 4 cases of kidney dysplasia, 3 cases of limb dysplasia;2 cases of pregnancy with diabetes, 2 cases of pregnancy with anemia, and 1 case of 21-trisomy syndrome. Conclusion Systemic prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of caudal regression syndrome is characteristic, and often complicated with urinary system or lower extremity developmental abnormalities, the prognosis is poor. Pregnancy complicated with diabetes or anemia and fetal chromosomal abnormalities may be high-risk factors.
