摘 要:对加装热虹吸管换热器的除湿机与普通除湿机的性能进行了对比试验研究,并以环境温度27℃,空气相对湿度60%工况为例,对比分析了系统除湿性能及节能性.实验结果表明,不同雷诺数条件下,与普通除湿机相比,加装热虹吸管换热器的除湿机除湿量可提高至少24%,除湿能耗比降低至少20%,析湿系数提高30%以上,能量利用率提高至少4.3倍.结果表明,加装热虹吸管换热器的除湿机具有更高的除湿性能且节能效果显著.然后,进一步分析了加装热虹吸管换热器的除湿系统除湿量、雷诺数与能量利用率之间的关系.最后,拟合得到了三者的试验关联式.A comparative experimental study on the performance of dehumidifier equipped with thermosiphon heat exchanger and regular dehumidifier is conducted and a comparative analysis is carried out concerning the dehumidifying performance and energy saving property under the operating condition in which the ambient temperature equals to 27℃and the air relative humidity is 60%.The experimental results indicate that under different Reynolds number conditions,the dehumidification amount of dehumidifier equipped with thermosiphon heat exchanger increases at least 24%and the specific power consumption decreases at least 20%compared with the regular dehumidifier.Besides,the moisture separation coefficient increases by more than 30%and the energy utilization is enhanced by at least 4.3 times.The result show that the dehumidifier equipped with thermosiphon heat exchanger has higher dehumidification performance and remarkable energy-saving effect.In addition,the relation among the dehumidification amount,Reynolds number and energy utilization is further analyzed and the correlation of the three factors is obtained.
