摘  要:参照正交试验的思路,利用电化学测试手段研究了在CO_(2)环境中"拉应力-温度-Cl^(-)含量"共存体系对P110钢电化学行为的影响。结果表明:在饱和CO_(2)环境中,共存体系各因素对P110钢电化学行为的影响强弱顺序为温度>Cl^(-)含量>拉应力;共存体系中,升高温度、增大Cl^(-)含量以及在弹性变形阶段增大拉应力都能使P110钢的电化学反应速率增大,促进P110钢CO_(2)腐蚀反应的进行。Referring to the idea of orthogonal test, the effect of "tensile stress-temperature-Cl^(-) concentration" coexistence system on electrochemical behavior of P110 steel in CO_(2)environment was investigated using electrochemical measurement. The results show that in saturated CO_(2)environment, the influence order of factors in the coexisting system on the electrochemical behavior of P110 steel was as follows: temperature > Cl^(-) concentration > tensile stress. The electrochemical reaction rate of P110 steel would be increased by increasing temperature, Cl^(-) concentration and tensile stress(below yield strength) in the coexistence system, which would promote the CO_(2)corrosion reaction of P110 steel.
