摘 要:鉴于在军民融合装备维修保障能力评估中存在赋权主观随意,评分忽略模糊和随机因素等问题,在建立军民融合装备维修保障能力评估指标体系的基础上,针对赋权过程中存在的随意性,运用G1法和改进熵权法以及博弈论方法进行主客观结合,确定指标权重。针对能力评估中需要考虑模糊性和不确定性,提出了基于云物元模型的军民融合装备维修保障体系能力评估方法,并通过对5个单位的维修保障能力进行分析,确定了维修保障能力等级,评估结果与实际相符,验证了上述方法的有效性和可靠性。In the evaluation of military-civilian-integrated equipment maintenance support capability,the problems of subjective weight assignment and neglecting ambiguity and uncertainty need to be properly addressed.Based on the proposed capability evaluation index system of equipment maintenance support,this paper combined G1 method,improved entropy method,and game theory to determine the index weights.To introduce the ambiguity and uncertainty in capability evaluation,a cloud-matter-element-model-based method was proposed to evaluate the capability of the military-civilian-integrated equipment maintenance support system.Additionally,the maintenance support capabilities of five units were analyzed by this method and their capability levels were calculated.The results show that calculated outcomes are in line with the real situations,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.
