摘  要:交流变频器在工作过程中会对传导线产生非常严重的电磁干扰,为有效消除这种干扰,在PLC控制下设计了一种交流变频器传导干扰抑制方法。首先定义了交流变频器的接收信号,并构建交流变频器传导干扰信号的测量矩阵。将提取的传导干扰特征作为特征向量,利用天线接收信号建立交流变频器传导干扰信号模型,采用线性调频连续波作为发射信号,分析交流变频器传导干扰的特性。然后采用矩阵的方式设置发射信号波形的编码长度,参照单点映射原理对传导干扰信号进行分离和采样,并利用位移矩阵描述交流变频器传导干扰过程,从而实现干扰抑制。实验结果表明:该方法不仅可以提高对干扰分量的检测率,还可以提高干扰抑制有效率。In order to eliminate the electromagnetic interference of the AC converter to the transmission line in the working process,this paper designs a method to suppress the conduction interference of the AC converter based on PLC control.The received signal of the AC converter was defined,and the measurement matrix of conducted interference signal of the AC converter was established.The extracted conducted interference features were set as feature vectors.The received signal of the antenna was used to establish the model of conducted interference signal of the AC converter,and Linear frequency modulated continuous wave(LFMCW)was used as the transmitted signal to analyze the characteristics of conducted interference of the AC converter.According to the matrix,the coding length of the transmitted signal waveform was set.Based on the principle of single point mapping,the conducted interference signal was separated and sampled.Meanwhile,the displacement matrix was used to describe the conduction interference process of the AC inverter,thus achieving interference suppression.The experimental results show that this method has a high detection rate of interference components and excellent interference suppression efficiency.
