摘 要:解决报废化妆品废水有机物浓度高、含固率高的问题。采用了破碎分离+破乳+电解+混凝反应+水解酸化+好氧处理组合工艺处理,进水COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、氨氮、SS浓度分别为100000 mg/L、30000 mg/L、500 mg/L、20000 mg/L,出水指标达到了广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准的排放水质要求。本工程已稳定运行,出水达标,证明此组合工艺适合报废化妆品废水处理。To solve the problems of high organic concentration and high solid content in waste cosmetics wastewater.The combined process of crushing and separation+demulsification+electrolysis+coagulation reaction+hydrolytic acidification+aerobic treatment is adopted.The influent COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),ammonia nitrogen and SS concentrations are 100000 mg/L,30000 mg/L,500 mg/L and 20000 mg/L respectively.The effluent index meets the discharge water quality requirements of the class I standard in the second period of the local standard emission limits of water pollutants(DB44/26-2001)of Guangdong Province.The project has been operated stably and the effluent meets the standard,which proves that this combined process is suitable for the treatment of waste cosmetics wastewater.
