“三业融合”视域下大学生工匠精神的培育探析

摘　　要：中国制造向中国智造转型的过程中取得了骄人的成绩,但不能忽视发展不平衡不充分的问题。党中央高度重视培育工匠精神,高校具有义不容辞的义务。通过对工匠精神的意蕴解析后,得出“匠心、匠术、匠德、匠魂”四个核心内涵,并基于“专业、就业、产业”融合提出工匠精神的培育路径,以期为高校大学生工匠精神培育提供切实可行的方案。Remarkable achievements have been made in the transformation from made in China to intelligent manufacturing in China,but the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development cannot be ignored.The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to cultivating craftsman spirit,and colleges and universities have an unshirkable obligation.After analyzing the meaning of craftsman spirit,this paper obtains the four core connotations of"craftsmanship,craftsmanship,craftsman morality and craftsman soul",and puts forward the cultivation path of craftsman spirit based on the integration of"specialty,employment and industry",in order to provide a practical scheme for the cultivation of craftsman spirit of college students.
