摘　　要：2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在中国肆虐并在全球呈扩散趋势。其危害性之广,严重威胁到人类的生命健康,目前尚无治疗COVID-19的特效药。干扰素具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用,临床上广泛用于治疗急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、病毒感染等。本文总结了严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)的特征,并对干扰素治疗SARSCoV-2的可行性及安全性展开讨论,以期为后续治疗该病提供参考。Since December 2019,Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)has been raging in China and spreading globally.The harm of COVID-19 is so extensive which has threatened the life and health of human beings and causes irreversible losses to the global economy.Now,there is no specific drug to treat COVID-19.Interferon has antiviral and anti-tumor effects and is widely used in the treatment of acute hepatitis,chronic hepatitis,viral infection.This paper summarizes the characteristics of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),and discusses the feasibility and safety of interferon in the treatment of SARS-CoV-2,so as to provide references for subsequent treatment.
