芳香中药精油给药途径的研究进展

摘　　要：芳香中药精油在疾病治疗领域有着巨大的挖掘价值。越来越多的研究表明芳香中药精油在疾病的预防和治疗中发挥重要作用,但给药方式多样。现对古今文献中芳香中药精油在疾病治疗中的给药途径进行系统梳理,根据精油成分、给药部位、吸收特点等不同,发现大致可分为鼻腔给药、口腔给药、透皮给药、口服给药等,以期通过分析其给药途径的相关可能性,为临床药物的研发提供参考。Aromatic Herbal Essential Oil have tremendous exploitable value in the field of disease treatment.More and more studies have shown that Aromatic Herbal Essential Oil play an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases,but the methods of administration are diverse.This paper systematically combs the ways of Aromatic Herbal Essential Oil in the treatment of diseases in ancient and modern literatures.According to the different components of essential oils,drug delivery sites and absorption characteristics,it is found that they can be roughly divided into nasal administration,oral administration,transdermal administration,oral administration and so on,analyzing the related possibilities of their delivery routes,so as to provide references for clinical drug research and development.
