休闲制约对城市老年人休闲满意度的影响--兼议休闲动机的中介作用

摘　　要：基于休闲制约理论,构建城市老年人休闲制约、休闲动机和休闲满意度之间的关系模型,并以福州的7个城市公园为案例地,采用结构方程模型检验休闲制约对城市老年人休闲满意度的影响,以及休闲动机的中介作用。研究发现:休闲制约整体上显著负向影响休闲满意度和休闲动机,其中,由休闲方式的功能性制约、休闲场所的可及性制约和休闲场所的服务水平制约等构成的休闲外部制约发挥关键作用;休闲动机显著正向影响休闲满意度;休闲动机在休闲制约对休闲满意度的影响中发挥显著的中介作用。据此,提出提供多元化休闲项目、提升老年人休闲技能、健全休闲场所和服务等对策,以提升城市老年人的休闲游憩质量。Based on the theory of leisure constraints,this paper builds a model of the relationship among leisure constraints,leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction of the urban elderly.Taking 7 urban parks in Fuzhou as examples,this paper uses the structural equation model to test the impact of leisure constraints on leisure satisfaction of the urban elderly and the mediating effect of leisure motivation.The result shows that leisure constraints have a significant negative impact on leisure satisfaction and leisure motivation as a whole.Among them,external leisure constraints,which are composed of the functional constraint of leisure mode,the accessibility constraint of leisure places and the service level constraints of leisure places,play a key role.It is also found that leisure motivation has a significant positive impact on leisure satisfaction.And leisure motivation plays a mediating role in the impact of leisure constraint on leisure satisfaction.According to the results,in order to improve the quality of leisure and recreation for the urban elderly,it is proposed to provide diversified leisure projects,improve leisure skills of the elderly,and promote leisure places and services.
