摘 要:为考虑实验过程中液滴蒸发作用对测量波纹板气液分离器分离效率的影响,采用3种测量方法对双钩型波纹板分离性能进行实验研究。结果表明:3种测量方法得到的分离效率均随入口速度的升高先增大后减小,效率峰值对应的入口速度为8 m/s;称重法分离效率明显低于笔者所提方法和在线检测法,笔者所提方法与在线检测法结果十分接近;液相的蒸发现象随入口速度的增大而变得更加显著,使得称重法分离效率与笔者所提方法和在线检测法相差更大。Considering evaporation effect of the liquid drop on calculating separation efficiency of the corrugated plate gas-liquid separator,three different measurement methods were adopted to study efficiency of the corrugated plate with double hooks experimentally.The results show that,the separation efficiency from three different measurement methods first increases with the rise of inlet velocity and then decreases and the inlet velocity corresponding to the maximum efficiency is 8 m/s;and the efficiency from the weighing method is lower than that of the method proposed and that of the online testing method;and the result from the method proposed is close to that from the online testing method.The evaporation of the liquid phase becomes more significant with the increase of inlet velocity.This makes difference between the efficiency from the weighing method and that from both the method proposed and online testing method greater.
