摘 要:针对厢式压滤机内盐泥浆固液分离过程难以直接观测的问题,使用Fluent软件对滤室内盐泥-卤水两相流进行数值模拟,在过滤压力为0.6 MPa时分析了滤室内部流场、压力场和浓度场的分布规律;通过仿真与实验相结合的方法,分析了不同过滤压力对过滤过程的影响。结果表明:盐泥流速沿中心进料通道逐渐减小,各滤室内流速由入料口向上下两端逐渐减小;盐泥从滤室上下两端向中心入料通道逐渐沉积成饼;过滤压力为0.6 MPa时过滤效率高且能耗低。Aiming at the difficulty in directly observing salt slurry’s solid-liquid separation process in chamber of the chamber filter press,Fluent software was used to carry out numerical simulation of salt slurry-brine flow in the filter chamber.The distribution rules of flow field,pressure field and concentration field in the filter chamber were analyzed when the filtration pressure was 0.6 MPa.The influence of different filtration pressures on the filtration process was analyzed by means of simulation experiments.The results show that,the flow velocity of salt slurry decreases gradually along the central feeding channel,and the flow velocity of each filter chamber decreases gradually from the inlet to the upper and lower ends.The salt slurry is deposited into a cake gradually from upper and lower ends of the filter chamber to feeding channel in the center.The filtration efficiency is high and the energy consumption is low when the pressure is 0.6 MPa.
