摘 要:针对油田开采过程中流量脉动对气液旋流分离器的流场特性和分离性能影响开展研究。应用计算流体动力学方法,在入口流量有无脉动条件下,探讨了轴向速度、径向速度、切向速度及压力等参数的分布规律。根据数值模拟结果,分析了脉动流条件下,分离效率降低的原因,指明了新结构模型设计优化方向,从而为提高脉动流条件下旋流器的分离效率提供了参考依据。The influence of flow pulsation on the flow field characteristics and separation performance of the gas-liquid cyclone separator during oilfield production was investigated,including having computational fluid dynamics method adopted to discuss distribution law of parameters,such as axial velocity,radial velocity,tangential velocity and pressure under the condition of with or without inlet flow pulsation.According to simulation results,the reasons for the reduction of separation efficiency under pulsating flow conditions were analyzed to point out the design optimization of the new structural model.This provides a reference for improving separation efficiency of the cyclone under pulsating flow conditions.
