摘　　要：氯化工艺是“两重点一重大”的重点监管工艺,具有易燃易爆、中毒和窒息的危险性。通过对氯化工艺的物质特性.工艺过程应急处理等多方面进行危险性分析,并从安全技术和安全管理措施方面提出管控办法。Chlorination process is a key supervision process.Chlorination process has the risk such as flammability,explosion,poisoning and suffocation.The hazards of chlorination process are analyzed in terms of material characteristics,process,and emergency treatment.The control measures of chlorination process are put forward from the aspects of safety technology and safety management measures.
