摘  要:污泥热干化焚烧是污泥减量化、无害化、稳定化、资源化的主要方式。针对目前污泥干化过程容易出现卡机、转运困难、燃烧效率低等问题,以工程实践为例,探讨了含水率对其的影响。一方面含水率会影响污泥的流变特性;另一方面则会诱发污泥黏结和黏附特性,这些特性都贯穿于污泥干化的全流程,在实际的摸索和运行中发现,含水率为40%左右时就能有效解决上述问题,对于降低汽耗散、污泥转运和体改焚烧效率具有显著作用。Sludge thermal drying and incineration was the main method of sludge reduction, harmlessness,stabilization, and recycling. Aiming at the problems of jamming, difficulty in transportation, and low combustion efficiency in the current sludge drying process, taking engineering practice as an example, the influence of moisture content on it was discussed. On the one hand, the moisture content affected the rheological properties of the sludge,and on the other hand, it induced the adhesion and adhesion characteristics of the sludge, which were all run through the whole process of sludge drying. In actual exploration and operation, it was found that the above problems could be effectively solved when the moisture content was about 40%, and it had a significant effect on reducing steam consumption, sludge transfer and system modification incineration efficiency.
