摘  要:搜集了国内外10个厂家13个牌号的活性炭产品,采用静态吸附法,系统研究了外观形态和吸附时间对活性炭吸附能力的影响,并对吸附后的活性炭粉化率进行了对比评价。结果表明,常温常压下,活性炭的吸附效果与外观形状没有直接的关系;13种活性炭吸附剂中,4种国产的柱状活性炭F-X、F-Y、I-X和I-Y对铁离子有较明显的吸附效果,其中F-X对脱碳液中铁离子的吸附能力最强,I-X及I-Y的粉化率略低于F-X及F-Y。常压下,进一步对比了国产的F-X在不同温度下对铁离子的吸附能力,结果表明,在不同温度下,国产F-X对铁离子的吸附能力不同,在常温下的吸附效果明显,升温到80℃时,吸附能力大幅下降,对铁离子的最大去除率从25.7%降到了5.9%。Thirteen brands of activated carbon products from ten manufacturers in China and abroad were collected.The effects of appearance form and adsorption time on the adsorption capacity of activated carbon were investigated by static adsorption method,and the pulverization rate after adsorption was evaluated.The results showed that there was no direct correlation between the adsorption effect of activated carbon and appearance shape at room temperature and pressure.Four domestic columnar activated carbons F-X,f-y,I-X and I-Y had obvious adsorption effects.The domestic F-X had the strongest adsorption capacity,and the pulverization rates of domestic I-X and I-Y were slightly lower than those of domestic F-X and F-Y.The adsorption capacity of domestic F-X to iron ions at different temperatures was further compared under normal pressure.The results showed that the adsorption effect was obvious at room temperature.However the adsorption capacity decreased significantly when it rose to 80℃,and the maximum removal rate to iron ions decreased from 25.7%to 5.9%.
