急性职业性手指皮肤逆行套状撕脱伤的术后护理

摘　　要：手指皮肤套状撕脱伤是一种严重的急性职业性手外伤,多为机械性损伤,临床处理难度大,并发症多,可出现严重的手部畸形及功能障碍。显微手术回植治疗是手指皮肤逆行套状撕脱伤的主要治疗手段,术后精细化护理和科学的个性化职业康复是影响手术效果和患者重返社会及劳动岗位的关键。本文通过对16例手指皮肤逆行套状撕脱伤患者随访6~12个月,用患指主动活动范围(TAM)评定伤指的运动功能,分析术后精细化护理措施的效果。Sheath avulsion of finger skin is a serious acute occupational hand injury.Most of them are mechanical injuries,which are difficult to deal with clinically,have many complications,and can lead to serious hand deformities and dysfunction.Microsurgical replantation is the main treatment for finger skin retrograde sleeve avulsion injury,but postoperative fine nursing and scientific personalized vocational rehabilitation are the key to affect the surgical effect and patients'return to society and work.In this paper,16 patients with retrograde sheath avulsion of finger skin were followed up for 6-12 months.The motor function of the injured finger was evaluated by total active motion of patient finger(TAM),and the effect of postoperative fine nursing measures was analyzed.
