摘 要:对烘干室气幕密封特性进行数值模拟研究,讨论送风速度和角度对气幕密封性能的影响。结果表明,相比上送风式气幕,改进型气幕密封性能较优,其上部喷口送风角度取35°~40°,速度取9 m/s,侧部喷口送风速度取3 m/s,角度取30°~35°时气幕密封性能最佳,密封效率为77.8%。若送风速度过小,无法形成完整气幕,而送风速度过大则存在射流高温气体冲击烘干室底部现象;烘干工件处于气幕喷口时影响气幕墙的形成,进口延长段温度升高36℃,故烘干作业时待烘干工件应置于进口延长段前段。The numerical simulation study on the air curtain sealing characteristics of the drying chamber is conducted,and the influence of the air supply speed and angle on the air curtain sealing performance is discussed.The results show that the improved air curtain has better sealing performance than the upper air curtain.When the air supply angle of the improved air curtain upper nozzle is 35°to 40°with the speed at 9 m/s,and the air speed of the side nozzle reaches 3 m/s with the angle at 30°to 35°,the improved air curtain has the best sealing performance with the sealing efficiency as 77.8%.If the air supply speed is too small,a complete air curtain fails to be formed,while the air supply speed is too large,there will be a phenomenon of jet high temperatuire gas impacting the bottom of the drying chamber.When the drying workpiece is in the air curtain nozzle,the formation of the air curtain wall will be affected,and the temperature of the inlet extension section will increase by 36℃.The workpiece to be dried,therefore,should be placed in the front section of the inlet extension section during the drying operation.
