摘 要:城市化引起的土地利用方式改变导致土壤碳、氮、磷的分布特征在空间上发生分异,论文选择南充市主城区学校绿地、居住区绿地和农业用地土壤作为研究对象,测定其有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)和全磷(TP)等指标,分析不同土地利用方式下土壤的碳、氮、磷分布特征。结果表明:(1)土地利用方式对土壤碳、氮、磷的影响不同。土壤SOC含量排序为:农业用地>学校绿地>居住区绿地,TP含量表现为:学校绿地>农业用地>居民区绿地,方差分析表明,不同土地利用方式下土壤碳、磷差异不显著(P>0.05)。土壤TN含量排序为:农业用地>学校绿地>居住区绿地,土地利用方式对土壤TN的影响显著(P<0.05);随土层深度增加,土壤SOC、TN显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)生态化学计量分析表明,不同土地利用方式下土壤碳、氮、磷计量比差异不显著(P>0.05)。与非城市土壤相比,研究区土壤C∶N、C∶P、N∶P均明显偏低,其碳、氮、磷比例严重失调。建议在城市化过程中减少人为干扰活动,实施不同土地利用方式下绿地的科学分类管理,进而实现城市土壤质量的可持续健康发展。Taking the soils of school green space,residential green space and agriculture land in the main urban areas of Nanchong City as the research objects,the organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) are determined and the distribution characteristics of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus under different land use are analyzed.The results show as follows:(1) Land use had different effects on soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus.The order of soil SOC content goes like agriculture land>school green space>residential green space,and the TP content follows an order of school green space>agriculture land> residential green space.The analysis of variance shows that the differences in soil carbon and phosphorus under different land use are not significant(P>0.05).The TN content follows an order of agricultural land>school green space>residential green space.Land use had a significant impact on soil TN(P<0.05).With the increase of soil depth,soil SOC and TN have decreased significantly(P<0.05) while the decrease in TP is not significant(P>0.05).(2) Ecological stoichiometric analysis indicates that soil C∶N∶P stoichiometry under different land use are not significantly different(P>0.05).Compared with non-urban soils,the soil C∶N,C∶P,and N:P in the study area are obviously lower,and the ratio of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus is seriously imbalanced.
