基层党支部纪检委员发挥监督职能作用的研究现状——基于NoteExpress文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:通过梳理现阶段基层党支部纪检委员发挥监督职能作用的研究现状和焦点,为规范基层党支部纪检委员队伍管理,充分发挥纪检委员作用提供意见和建议。方法:在中国知网、万方数据库就基层党支部纪检委员作用发挥情况进行文献检索,检索时间截止至2021年8月31日,采取文献分析法对纳入文献进行特征分析。结果:共纳入文献44篇,文献数量自2017年开始明显增长,文献均来自于国有企事业单位,研究内容主要聚焦在纪检委员履职现状分析、提升纪检委员履职能力路径以及优化纪检委员履职工作机制三个方面。结论:总体上看,基层党支部纪检委员关于发挥监督职能作用的研究还处于初始阶段,尚未形成系统性的运行体系,研究结果可推广性有所欠缺,学术价值和应用价值仍需进一步提升。Objective:To provide suggestions for standardizing management and making the full use of the discipline inspection commissioner in the Grass-roots party branch,we sorted out the current research status and focus for the role of supervision function of the discipline inspection commissioner in Grass-roots party branch.Methods:We searched articles about the role of the discipline inspection commissioner in the Grass-roots party branch on CNKI and Wanfang databases by the end of August 31,2021,and we performed the literature analysis to analyze the characteristics of the enrolled articles.Results:A total of 44 articles were included.The number of articles had grown significantly since 2017,and all of the articles were from state-owned enterprises and institutions.Most of these articles focused on the analysis of the current situation of the discipline inspection commissioner’s performance,the method to improve the ability of discipline inspection commissioner’s performance,and the optimization of working mechanism for the discipline inspection commissioner’s performance.Conclusions:In totally,the researches on the role of supervision function of the discipline inspection commissioner in Grass-roots party branch is still in the primary stage,and a systematic operation system has not yet been formed.Research results are lacking of generalizability,and the academic and application value still need to be further improved.
