摘　　要：目的:分析影响公立医院思想政治工作效果的因素,建立模型,提出改进对策,增强思想政治工作的实效性。方法:运用层次分析法(AHP),计算影响公立医院思想政治工作效果的影响因素权重。结果:对提高公立医院思想政治工作实效影响最大的是内容载体指标,在内容载体指标中网络微课堂又是最有效的形式载体。结论:思想政治工作应围绕医院中心工作,加强工作阵地建设,丰富工作形式,健全工作机制。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the effect of Ideological and political work in public hospitals,modeling,and put forward improvement countermeasures,so as to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political work.Method:This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of influencing factors on ideological and political work effect in public hospitals.Result:The content carrier index has the greatest impact on improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political work in public hospitals,network micro-classroom is the most effective form carrier.Conclusion:Ideological and political work should focus on the central work of the hospital,strengthen the construction of work positions,enrich work forms and improve work mechanism.
