摘 要:为探究不同发育期及授粉方式对设施甜瓜稳定同位素比值变化的影响,本研究基于元素分析——稳定同位素比率质谱(EA-IRMS),测定在不同发育期和授粉方式中设施甜瓜的4种稳定同位素比值(δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、δ^(18)O和δ^(2)H),采用单因素方差分析法解析激素授粉和中华蜜蜂授粉对甜瓜稳定同位素比值的差异性。结果表明,在相同的种植和环境条件下,自然分馏效应导致设施甜瓜在不同发育时期的同位素差异。在甜瓜发育期间,不同授粉方式设施甜瓜的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N和δ^(18)O值较稳定,无显著差异(P>0.05),而在发育30 d时激素授粉与蜜蜂授粉甜瓜的δ^(2)H值分别为-43.63‰和-53.50‰,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。本研究初步揭示了稳定同位素在甜瓜发育过程中以及不同授粉方式下的分馏情况,其中δ^(2)H值可作为甜瓜授粉方式的一项标识性指标,对丰富设施甜瓜溯源体系具有重要意义。In order to explore the effects of stable isotope in greenhouse muskmelon with different pollination methods and development stages, four stable isotope ratios(δ^(13)C, δ^(15)N, δ^(18)O and δ^(2)H) by the elemental analyzer isotope ratio mass spectrometry(EA-IRMS) were analyzed in greenhouse muskmelon during the different development stages, and the differences of stable isotope ratio in greenhouse muskmelon with different pollination methods(by forchlorfenuron and Apis cerana cerana) were studied using one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the isotopic fractionation effect can result in the differences of stable isotope ratios in greenhouse muskmelon during the development stages. The δ^(13)C, δ^(15)N and δ^(18)O values of greenhouse muskmelon were considerably stable with minor variation and no significant difference between two pollination methods during the development stages of muskmelon. However, at the development stage of 30;day, there was significant difference in δ^(2)H values between the muskmelons pollinated by forchlorfenuron and A. cerana cerana,-43.63‰ and-53.50‰, respectively(P<0.05). This study preliminarily revealed the fractionation of stable isotopes in muskmelon development with different pollination methods, and δ^(2)H value was an identifiable indicator to trace the pollination methods of muskmelon, which is of great significance to enrich the stable isotope tracing system for greenhouse muskmelon.
