摘　　要：硅钢生产过程中,连续退火炉炉辊的非正常状态比如弯曲变形、表面结瘤等会直接造成产品批量缺陷,当其他方法无法消除缺陷时只能选择在线更换炉辊。介绍了马钢自主研发的在线更换炉辊专用工具及其实际操作方法,从现场实践可以看出,借助此专用工具,可尽可能的减少停机时间,降低能耗,基本解决了在线更换炉辊的实际问题。During the production of silicon steel,the abnormal state of furnace roll of horizontal annealing furnace such as bending deformation,knot on roll surface will generate a great mount of product defects.If these defects can not be solved by other methods,we have to choose to change the problem rolls.The special tool to change rolls on line developed by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and its operation measures were introduced in this paper.It can be seen in practice that by using this tool,the changing time and energy consumption were reduced,and the problem of online changing of rolls was basically solved.
