摘　　要：为确诊引起山东省潍坊市某貉子养殖场的主要细菌性疾病,对该养殖户送检的病死貉子进行剖检,根据病貉的临床症状、病理剖检变化及其对分离纯化的细菌进行形态特征观察、生化试验、细菌16SrDNAPCR鉴定、药物敏感试验,初步确诊为绿脓杆菌感染。药物敏感试验结果表明,分离菌株对恩诺沙星、硫酸粘杆菌素、氟苯尼考中敏,对头孢噻呋、庆大霉素、替米考星、多西环素、林可霉素、阿莫西林耐药。Inorder to diagnose the main bacteria ldisease scaused by a raccoon dog farm in Weifang City,Shandong Pro vince,the deadraccoon dogssent by the farmerforexa mination were dissected.According to the clinicalsymptomsand pathological changes of the sickraccoon dogsand the morphological characteristics observation,biochemicaltest,bacteria 116 SrDNAPCRi dentification and drug sensitivity test of the isolated and purified bacteria,it was prelim in a rily dia gnosed as Pseud omonasaerugi nosa infection.The results of drug sensitivityte stshowed that the isolated strains were moderatelysensitive to enrofloxacin,Colistin sulfa te and florfenicol,but resistant to ceftio fur,gentamicin,timicosin,doxycycline,lincomyc in and amoxicillin.
