摘 要:负极集流体是锂离子电池的重要组成部分,直接决定电池的内阻,影响电池的寿命和循环稳定性。目前商用锂离子电池的负极集流体多为电解铜箔,其局部电流过高易引起锂枝晶生长而导致电池失效,难以满足市场的需求。采用多孔集流体能充分利用其多孔结构和高比表面积来提高锂离子电池的循环稳定性和寿命,有效促进金属基负极的商业化。本文综述多孔负极集流体的制备工艺及其对电池性能的影响,多孔集流体的研发对提升锂离子电池的综合性能有重要意义,有助于促进新型高性能锂电池的应用。The negative electrode current collector is an important part of the lithium-ion battery,which directly determines the internal resistance of the battery and affects the battery′s life and cycle stability.At present,most of the negative electrode current collectors of commercial lithium-ion batteries are electrolytic copper foils.Excessive local current can easily cause the growth of lithium dendrites and lead to battery failure,which is difficult to meet market demand.Porous current collectors can make full use of its porous structure and high specific surface area to improve the cycle stability and life of lithium-ion batteries,and effectively promote the commercialization of metal-based negative electrodes.Therefore,the preparation process of porous anode current collector and its influence on battery performance are reviewed.The research and development of porous current collector is of great significance to improve the overall performance of lithium-ion batteries,and is helpful to promote the application of new high-energy lithium batteries.
