摘 要:利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对热轧高碳工具钢表面翘皮缺陷进行分析,结果为该部位在热轧工序发生了明显的脱碳反应,粗大的脱碳晶粒导致带钢表面局部塑性变差,在热轧过程中由于带钢不同部位塑性不同,导致其变形量不同,最终产生翘皮缺陷。对高碳工具钢开展热模拟试验,摸索出该材料的高温热塑性,通过控制热轧板坯装炉温度、板坯在炉时间、出炉温度以及设置合理的精轧温度,有效控制了高碳工具钢表面翘皮的发生。The scar defect of a high carbon tool steel was analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results showed that obvious decarburization occurred in this area in the hot rolling process.The coarse decarburized grain led to the local plastic deterioration of the strip surface.During the hot rolling process,due to the different plasticity of different parts of the strip,the deformation was different,resulting in scar defects.Thermal simulation tests were carried out on the high carbon tool steel to find out the high temperature plasticity of the material.By controlling the hot charging temperature,the time of the slab in the furnace,the temperature of the slab out of the furnace and the reasonable finishing temperature of the hot rolling,the occurrence of the surface scaling of the high carbon tool steel was effectively controlled.
