摘　　要：目的:探讨“金钩钓鱼”针法联合经颅重复针刺法治疗血管性痴呆伴失语临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照表法将80例血管性痴呆伴失语患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。两组患者临床试验期间,正常口服控制自身基础疾病药物及盐酸多奈哌齐片。对照组选择常规头穴针刺方案;治疗组运用“金钩钓鱼”针法针刺金津、玉液等腧穴,采用经颅重复针刺法针刺额前部组穴;两组均每日治疗1次,每周6次,治疗8周。分别观察两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、波士顿诊断性失语症检查法(BDAE)评分、血清Hcy和血浆一氧化氮(NO)含量,并比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MMSE、BDAE评分均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组MMES、BDAE评分提高程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前与治疗后血清Hcy、血浆NO含量比较均有明显差异(P<0.05);且治疗后,治疗组血清Hcy含量及血浆NO含量的改变程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“金钩钓鱼”针法联合经颅重复针刺法治疗血管性痴呆伴失语有显著临床优势。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of‘gold hook fishing’acupuncture combined with transcranial repetitive acupuncture in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD)with aphasia.Methods:80 VD patients with aphasia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.During the clinical trial,the two groups were given oral medication for the basic diseases of the patients and Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablet;on which basis,the control group was treated with routine scalp acupuncture;however the treatment group was treated with‘gold hook fishing’needling Jinjin and Yuye(EX-HN12),it was also treated with transcranial repetitive scalp needling groups points in prefrontal lobe.The treatment was once a day,6 times a week for 8 weeks in both groups.The scores of MMSE and BDAE,the contents of serum Hcy and plasma NO were observed in the two groups,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE and BDAE were both significantly improved in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum Hcy and plasma NO between before and after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the changes were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of‘gold hook fishing’and transcranial repetitive acupuncture has significant clinical advantages in the treatment of VD with aphasia.
