摘  要:利用静电结合作用,以带正电的聚合物电解质邻苯二甲酸二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PDDA)作为媒介,将还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)组装到磺化聚(苯乙烯-丁二烯)(SSB)纤维膜表面,制备RGO/PDDA/SSB复合纳米材料。该膜材料构建的传感器,实现了对5-羟色胺的电化学检测。在最优实验条件下,制备的传感器对5-羟色胺的线性检测范围为1~300μmol/L,检测限为0.82μmol/L。此外,该传感器具备良好的抗干扰能力,可排除抗坏血酸(AA),尿酸(UA),多巴胺(DA)及其他电活性物质的干扰,实现了在尿液样品中对5-羟色胺的选择性检测。RGO/PDDA/SSB composite nanomaterials were prepared by electrostatically bonding reduced graphene oxide(RGO)onto the surface of sulfonated poly(styrene-butadiene)(SSB)fiber membrane using a positively charged polymer electrolyte diethylene glycol phthalate diacrylate(PDDA).The sensor constructed by this membrane material has been successfully applied to the electrochemical detection of serotonin.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the linear detection range of the as-prepared sensor for serotonin was 1-300μmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.82μmol/L.In addition,the sensor holds the decent anti-interference ability,which can eliminate the interference of ascorbic acid(AA),uric acid(UA),dopamine(DA)and other active substances,and realize the selective detection of serotonin in urine.
