摘 要:研发了LUHPC材料(强度大于100MPa),设计了钢-混凝土组合梁跨中两点加载抗弯试验方案,制作了4片钢-LUHPC试验梁和1片同等级钢-混凝土试验梁,试验研究5片试验梁的抗弯力学性能,明确了试验梁开裂和极限荷载、跨中挠度、截面应变的变化变化规律。结果表明:相比钢-混凝土试验梁,钢-LUHPC试验梁开裂荷载提升了12.7%,极限承载力提升了14.4%;混凝土板开裂时跨中挠度提升了18.5%,极限承载状态下跨中挠度提升了21.9%;组合梁截面符合平截面假定,LUHPC板与钢梁的受弯协同变形能力提升明显。LUHPC material(strength greater than 100 MPa)was developed and a 2-point loaded bending test scheme of steel-concrete composite beam was designed.4 steel-LUHPC test beams and 1 steel-concrete test beam were made.The flexural mechanical properties of 5 test beams were analyzed when they were loaded at 2 points in midspan.The parameters such as deflection,cross-section stress and ultimate load of mid-section cross-section of test beam were extracted.The experimental results show that the cracking load of steel-LUHPC test beam increases by 12.7%,and the ultimate bearing capacity increases by 14.4%compared with that of steel-concrete test beam.When the concrete slab cracks,the cross-section deflection increases by 18.5%,and when the composite beam is damaged,the cross-section deflection increases by21.9%.The cross section of the composite beam conforms to the assumption of flat section,and the LUHPC has a good promotion effect on the bending resistance of the composite beam.
