摘　　要：传统城市社区图书馆独立运营,致使图书资源管理效率低、资源得不到充分利用、服务质量难以满足读者需求。开展图书馆之间的馆际合作,对实现数字图书资源共享、提升读者服务质量具有重要意义。区块链技术具有去中心化、可追溯性、安全可信等技术优势。基于区块链的数据共享机制可为图书馆联盟馆藏资源提供完整性及可追溯性管理,从而提升馆藏资源应用安全性和效能。本文结合城市社区图书馆资源共享的功能需求,给出了一种基于区块链技术的图书馆联盟机制,丰富了城市社区图书馆资源共享的途径。The independent operation of the urban community library results in the uneven quality of digital book resources,low management efficiency,insufficient use of resources,and difficult to meet the needs of readers.It is of great significance to carry out the inter library cooperation among libraries to realize the sharing of digital book resources and improve the service quality of readers.Blockchain technology has the advantages of decentralization,traceability,security and credibility.The data sharing mechanism based on the blockchain can provide integrity and traceability management for the collection resources of the library alliance,so as to improve the application security and efficiency of the collection resources.Based on the functional requirements of library resource sharing,this paper presents a library alliance mechanism based on blockchain technology,which enriches the way of library resource sharing.
