摘  要:目的分析外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者采取经耳内镜下耳屏软骨-软骨膜骨膜修补,重组表皮生长因子与微波治疗的临床效果。方法纳入本院2019年6月~2021年2月河池市第一人民医院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者60例采取随机数字分配法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予以保守治疗,试验组予以经耳内镜下耳屏软骨-软骨膜鼓膜修补、重组表皮生长因子与微波治疗,就两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组与对照组相比,治疗效果显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者常频纯音测听、扩展高频测听指标及并发症风险均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外伤性骨膜穿孔患者开展综合治疗方案能显著提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of endoscopic tragus cartilage-perichondrium myringoplasty,recombinant epidermal growth factor and microwave therapy in traumatic tympanic membrane perforation patients.Methods 60 patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology of Hechi first people’s Hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group,The control group received conservative treatment,the test group received the endoscopic tragus cartilage-perichondrium myringoplasty,recombinant epidermal growth factor and microwave therapy.Treatment effects were probed.Results The treatment effects in the test group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05);the standard pure tone test and extended high-frequency audiometry indicators and treatment complications in the test group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment schemes are of great importance for traumatic tympanic membrane perforation patients.
