玄麦桔甘汤加减联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性咽炎临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玄麦桔甘汤加减联合氯雷他定对过敏性咽炎临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2020年3月于上海市第七人民医院耳鼻喉科就诊的过敏性咽炎的患者120例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例),对照组予以氯雷他定片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上予以玄麦桔甘汤加减,观察并对比两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、血清炎性因子及3个月内复发情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组78.33%(P<0.05);随访3个月后,治疗组复发率为11.67%,低于对照组26.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组咽痒、刺激性干咳及咽部肿痛等症状评分相比,无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组上述症状评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗后IL-2水平较治疗前升高,TNF-α水平较治疗前降低,且与对照组相比,治疗组炎性因子升高及降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论玄麦桔甘汤加减联合氯雷他定可明显改善咽痒、刺激性干咳、咽部肿痛等临床症状,改善机体炎性因子水平,提高患者临床疗效,降低3个月内的复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of xuanmai jugan Decoction combined with loratadine on allergic pharyngitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 120 patients with allergic pharyngitis from June 2018 to March 2020 in the Department of Otolaryngology of Shanghai Seventh People’s hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and treatment group (60 cases).The control group was given Loratadine Tablets orally,and the treatment group was given xuanmai jugan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,serum inflammatory factors and within 3 months were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 91.67%,which was higher than 78.33% in the control group (P<0.05);after 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 11.67%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms such as pharyngeal itching,irritant dry cough and sore pharynx between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of symptoms in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant (P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 after treatment in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the level of TNF-α was lower than before treatment.Compared with the control group,the increase and decrease of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were more obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanmai jugan Decoction combined with loratadine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of pharyngeal itching,irritating dry cough,sore pharynx,improve the level of inflammatory factors,improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate within 3 months.
