玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定片对变应性鼻炎患者疗效及免疫因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定片对变应性鼻炎患者的疗效,以及对免疫因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2021年6月我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者296例,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组148例。对照组变应性鼻炎患者给予氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组变应性鼻炎患者给予玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定片联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗后疗效、不良反应发生率以及免疫因子水平。结果与对照组相比,治疗组显效患者数量高于对照组,无效患者数量低于对照组,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,治疗组口干患者数量低于对照组,总有效率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组患者的lgE、IL-6及IL-10水平与治疗前比较均有明显下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较治疗后lgE、IL-6及IL-10水平有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定片治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,可明显改善机体免疫功能,提高疗效,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with loratadine tablet on treatment efficacy and immune factor level in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods A total of 296 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were collected as research subjects and were randomly divided into the a control group and an observation group,with 148 patients in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yupingfeng granules combined with loratadine tablets.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and immune factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the number of effective patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the number of ineffective patients was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the number of patients with dry mouth in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of lgE,IL-6 and IL-10 in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05);the levels of lgE,IL-6 and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with loratadine tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of AR,can significantly improve the immune function,improve the curative effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
