地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕的临床疗效及对患者症状的改善研究

摘　　要：目的地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕的临床疗效及对患者症状的改善研究。方法选取我院2019年8月-2020年12月收治的120例内耳眩晕患者为研究对象,根据患者此间应用护理干预措施的差异分为常规组(n=60)和实验组(n=60)。常规组:碳酸氢钠静脉注射治疗;实验组:在碳酸氢钠静脉注射治疗的基础上采用地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗,分析在不同治疗方案应用下的听阈水平变化情况以及治疗效果。结果数据对比显示,经治疗后,实验组听阈水平得到了显著的改善,患者的治疗效果更佳,与常规组相比较,P<0.05。结论在碳酸氢钠静脉注射治疗的基础上应用地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕,疗效显著,有助于患者病情得以更好的改善,值得临床推广借鉴。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of inner ear vertigo and the improvement of patients’ symptoms.Methods A total of 120 patients with inner ear vertigo admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the differences in the nursing interventions applied to the patients,they were divided into a routine group (n=60) and an experimental group (n=60).Conventional group:sodium bicarbonate intravenous injection therapy;experimental group:intratympanic injection of dexamethasone on the basis of sodium bicarbonate intravenous injection therapy to analyze the changes in hearing threshold level and the therapeutic effect under different treatment programs.Result Data comparison shows that after treatment,the hearing threshold level of the experimental group has been significantly improved,and the patient’s treatment effect is better.Compared with the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone to the treatment of inner ear vertigo on the basis of sodium bicarbonate intravenous injection has a significant effect and helps patients to better improve their condition.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
